The Needingworth Music Festival Committee are thrilled to announce that this year’s festival raised £5,000! As a registered charity all surplus funds go back into essential maintenance for the Village Hall, so it can be maintained as a vital resource for the whole community, all year round.

As ever, this year we are indebted to a range of organisations and individuals, without whose help and support the Festival would simply not be possible.

We are incredibly grateful this year for the kind sponsorship of Morrison’s St Ives, Arena Structures and Mick George. as well as all of the local businesses that advertised in our festival programme.

As always, the local Scout Group and the Pre-School played a huge role in the running of the Festival on Saturday and Sunday. This year we also welcomed our local community café Chatters to provide sweet treats!

And of course we wouldn’t be able to function without our fantastic army of 70 volunteers, who do everything from stewarding the car park to making sure the electrics are safe for all. We are particularly indebted to local professional photographer Shaun Pitchers, who this year again supplied us with a cracking range of images.

A special mention goes to all the incredible bands that played this year – as a community festival run on a not-for-profit basis we do not pay our acts. They tell us they’re happy to generously donate their time and talents free of charge because they love NFEST and what it stands for – just one more thing that makes our festival unique. To those who rocked, we salute you!

But of course above all else NFEST is about YOU – the families, friends and music lovers who come back every year rain or shine (this year, almost too much sunshine!).

So from all of us at the Festival Organising Committee, thank you so much for your continued support.

See you next year!
